Yoga Wheel Practice | $25

The Apana Yoga Wheel practice is designed to develop core and stability.  Learn how to deepen your yoga practice in this fun-filled session using the wheel with familiar yoga poses.  Yoga with the wheel will enhance and deepen your ongoing practice; it may very well be an indispensable new tool for your practice.

Yoga Basics | $80

(4 weeks/Saturdays)

Saturday | February 3 & 10 | 9:30 AM – 11:00AM 

 

Learn a variety of yoga poses or refresh your yoga practice with basic principles of yoga. Sessions are 75 minutes and include alignment and pranayama techniques. Over four weeks, the course will cover postural alignment in common poses, the benefits of breath and meditation, and how to build strength and flexibility safely.

 

Yoga Basics and What To Bring?

For Yoga Basics Workshop you may require a journal or notebook and a pen to take notes. Please wear comforatble clothes or a yoga outfit. The studio will provide you with bolsters and blankets however feel free to bring your own if you wish.

Fire & Water Practices

Fire practices can induce or awaken your creativity and inner fire so for your intention or for your offering please feel free to bring something to offer the fire. The class will be heating, dynamic, and energizing for the body while calming for the mind.

Restorative Yoga (4 Sessions) | $80

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
