Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Sessions

Yoga for pregnant women is so much more than just physical exercise. Yoga helps balance the strength necessary for labour with the profound benefits of relaxation techniques. Sandra is a Registered Nurse having had the opportunity to assist with several hospital births. Sandra completed her Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Certificate Course in 2005.


YogaTent postnatal (Mom & Baby Yoga) private and semi-private yoga sessions

Strengthening the core, the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles is one of the focus areas of postnatal yoga. Yoga can help with postnatal stress and/or depression.








Prenatal classes are on a pre registered 10 class pass basis with the flexibility of 2 make-up sessions. We require a minimum of 4 pregnant goddesses for classes to run so please call to inquire about registration and class start dates.
