Hatha Sadhana: Harmonizing & Balancing

Altar-Symbols: Shiva-Shakti, Sun-Moon, your own reflection of the union of polarity.

Asana-Krya-Mudra/Pranayama: Choose both solar and lunar peak poses. Shiva lingam mudra, Chandra and Surya bhedana, Nadi Shodhana pranayama

Rhythm of Practice: 2-3 days hatha sadhana, 1 day shanti sadhana, 1-2 days vira sadhana; 1 rest day.

Meditation and Mantra: So Hum, Ham Sa meditation

Mental-Emotional Patterns: Fertilizing opposites, balancing extremes, harmonizing "thinking mind"

Relationships/Family Patterns: Creating time for play, communication, and mutual support in relationships

Health Cultivation: Energy management; developing and balancing daily rhythm, balancing of extremes


Vira Sadhana: Energizing & Positively Challenging

Altar-Symbols: Fire colours, candles, Shiva Durga, Kali, hanuman, Inspiration

Asana-Krya-Mudra/Pranayama: Solar peak poses, uddiyana bandha kriya, vira mudra, agni mudra, prana mudra, kapalabhati, bhastrika pranayama

Rhythm of Practice: 5 days virasadhana, 1 day hatha sadhana, 1 day rest

Meditation and Mantra: Om Namaha Shivaya, Om dum durgaye namah

Mental-Emotional Patterns: purification with love; waking up foundation and empowerment

Relationships/Family Patterns: purification of unhealthy relationships, clarity, and boundaries

Health Cultivation: purification of regressive, tamasic foods and addictions

Stirring the inner fire of transformation, burn away stagnation from the past to release old patterns of being and thinking that no longer serve. Exploring pinca mayurasana, eka pada bakasana, and galavasana as peak poses for my personal practice during this cycle. .

Bhakti Sadhana
Bhakti is an ancient Sanskrit word which means Pure Love and Devotion. “Pure” implies that there is no adulteration or mixture of anything else. Love in its highest and most perfect state must be entirely pure and devoid of any other desire than to give happiness and benefit to the beloved, the object of one’s love.

Creativity Sadhana

Performing Day : Any Friday
Time : Early Morning,, Before Sunrise
Requirements : White cloth or mat, Rice, Incense, Vermillon, Wooden table, Some fruits, Oil lamp, white hakikl Rosary, Silver plated copper Sukra yantra.
