Yoga For Golfers

Sandra understands the dynamics of the golf swing having the ongoing opportunity to work closely with 2 very well recognized local golf professionals each with very different teaching techniques. To teach yoga specifically for golfers it is imperative to understand the concept of golf, the biomechanics involved in perfecting the golf swing from the ground up, the tempo and rythm of the swing, the technology, and of course the breath awareness required for this special game.

Trained by Katherine Roberts, the founder and president of Katherine Roberts Yoga for Golfers™, Scottsdale, Arizona. Sandra is dedicated to helping people achieve balanced performance both on and off the golf course, providing golfers with the tools to play better and to play longer. Sandra’s passion for yoga and golf translates into a performance focused, educational program, which provides instruction on how a golfer can improve flexibility, strength and power, balance, core strength and mental concentration.
