The Apana Yoga Wheel practice is designed to develop core and stability. Deepen your yoga practice in this fun-filled session using the wheel with familiar yoga poses.
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest.
Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.

Our yoga sessions are ideal for the yoga beginner, seasoned yogini and athlete. Every yoga session takes you through a series of strengthening and conditioning postures while paying attention to the breath (prana). The studio provides a healthy, conscious and inspired space for your yoga experience.

We offer Pilates Mat classes and Private Pilates sessions using the Stott Pilates Reformer.

Learn a variety of yoga poses or refresh your yoga practice with basic principles of yoga.
Sessions are 75 minutes and include alignment and pranayama techniques. Over four weeks, the course will cover postural alignment in common poses, the benefits of breath and meditation, and how to build strength and flexibility safely.

All prices include HST. Cash and cheques are accepted and online credit card purchase is available. Pre-registration for all classes is required however drop-ins are welcome in registered classes if space is available. Class passes expire within 6 months of purchase. All passes and registration are non-extendable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
