Namaste! Come and experience Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Anusara Yoga—a contemporary style of yoga that emphasizes safety, alignment, and a heart-oriented theme.
My yoga journey began after I experienced my first Thai Yoga Massage. I wanted to learn more and share this experience with someone I loved and cared about. Growing up, I enjoyed fitness in general; I played competitive soccer and taught various fitness classes at gyms. In those days, I introduced the Reebok Step to many community recreation centers. I feel fortunate that my path led me to yoga.
My life took a different direction when I learned that my beloved mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). At that time, most people, including myself, didn’t know enough about it. I wanted to learn how to help and support my mother, and simultaneously, I needed to cultivate the strength to be there for her.
Yoga intrigued me; it was much more than just a physical practice. I immersed myself in it and truly appreciated every moment spent with my mom. We already had a special connection, and yoga enhanced it even further. This life experience ignited a passion in me to explore and research women's health issues, particularly the connection between hysterectomy and oophorectomy and the increased risk of cognitive impairment or dementia.
YOGATENT,

It is a special place for good company.

Can I Drop-in For A Class?
YES! We welcome you to drop-in for a yoga class. We encourage you to sign up online ahead of time though because we cannot guarantee a spot for you if you decide to register when you arrive – the class may already be full. You must purchase a package, membership or drop-in if you want to register for a class ahead of time. We do not allow online registration ahead of time without payment.
If you prefer to pay cash we offer an in-person point-of-sale option prior to class start. Please email sandra@yogatent.com to book your spot ahead of time (preferably 24-48 hours) and please arrive 15 minutes early to your class to coordinate the in person point-of-sale.
How Do I Register For Classes Online?
Login to our online scheduling system Offerring Tree. If you have never logged in you will need to create an account first “new to our site?”
If you already created an account the next step is to enter your name under “Been here before?” and simply follow the prompts to access your online YogaTent Studio account. When the system finds you, click on “this is me!” and you will be asked to verify your identity with a few questions. Make sure to note your login information for future visits.
In order to sign up for a class online, you must first make a purchase to reserve your space in a class. If you do not have a package or membership, you will need to buy a drop-in class in advance of your visit. You will be guided to do this when you click on “sign up” beside the class you want to come to.
How to Sign-up Online?
Please sign up for classes ahead of time. We recommend signing up 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee your spot in the studio as space is limited. You can sign up ahead of time up to 15 minutes before class start time using our online system.
What Do I Need to Know Before My First Class?
Our classes range from 60 to 90 minutes long, so always check the schedule to see how long your class is scheduled to be.
How Can I Cancel My Reservation?

Once you have reserved a spot online for a class, you may cancel up to THREE HOURS prior to the start time of class. All unused classes are returned to your account for future use. If you see LATE CANCEL as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the three- hour timeline to cancel and you will regrettably lose the class. There are no refunds for any payments made so please CHOOSE your classes carefully. If you see EARLY CANCEL and click it, it means you are within cancellation window, you will be removed from the class and will not lose the class.
Can We Drink Water During Yoga Class?
Of course! It’s important to stay hydrated. It’s not advisable to drink a lot during a session, as it can make you uncomfortable, but a sip here and there – absolutely!
